Ingredients:

Microcrystalline cellulose, fish protein powder [fish (skipjack tuna, mackerel)], cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable), silica, croscarmellose sodium, and magnesium stearate (vegetable). Contains: Fish (skipjack tuna and mackerel).

Directions:

Take two tablets two times daily with meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
