Description
The easiest way to make 1/2″ thick ‘Linzer’ Cookies
- Simple to use following your favorite shortbread recipe
- Roll out dough to 1/2″ thick
- Press on the outer edge of the cutter to cut out cookie
- Depress the plunger to create the design on the top of the cookie
- Fill the center and bake!
- Try filling the center with jam, chocolate, citrus curd, caramel…
