Ingredients
Loose-leaf tea: Organic peppermint leaf, organic spearmint leaf, and organic peppermint flavoring.

Brewing Instructions
Pour 1 tablespoon of loose-leaf tea in strainer of. Steep in 8 fl. oz. of boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove strainer and enjoy. Steep time can be adjusted for desired strength and flavor.
