Our milk thistle seed capsules are made with both a standardized milk thistle powder that contains 80% silymarin and an organic whole seed powder. This combination highlights the active compound in this botanical as well as whole plant synergy to support the liver’s natural detoxification process.*
Ingredients per 450 mg capsule: Milk thistle seed extract (80% silymarin, 200 mg), organic milk thistle seed, and vegetable cellulose “0” size capsule (derived from wood pulp).
Directions: Take 1 capsule with water 1-3 times a day or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
