Metagenics MethylCare™ is a comprehensive formula that helps regulate the methylation process, lower homocysteine levels and support cardiovascular health.

• This powerful formula contains calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate— a body-ready, nature-identical folate—along with N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine, vitamin B6, methylated B12 and betaine HCl.

• Together, these nutrients support methylation, which promotes healthy homocysteine metabolism.

• Methylation is the body’s process of converting atoms from one biochemical to another but it is important because it regulates your cardiovascular, neurological, reproductive and detoxification systems.

• Homocysteine is an amino acid that is produced by part of the methylation process.  When the methylation process is not working properly it may produce too much homocysteine. 

• Elevated levels of homocysteine have been linked to clogged arteries and heart disease.
