Melatonin’s role in maintaining normal sleep/wake cycles is well known. Supplemental melatonin is often needed to replace the body’s declining production of this hormone that may occur with increasing age. Contains 3 mg of pharmaceutically pure melatonin in vegetarian capsules.
Suggested Use: 1 capsule one hour before bedtime.
Total Amount: 60 capsules
Other Ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), and magnesium stearate.
Allergy Statement
Free of the following common allergens: milk/casein, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, gluten, soybeans, corn, and yeast. Contains no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
Caution
May cause drowsiness. Do not use melatonin while operating a motor vehicle or machinery. Unless instructed by your physician, do not use melatonin if you have a seizure disorder, autoimmune disorder, endocrine disorder, or diabetes; if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding; or if you are taking any medications.
