- Kirkman Magnesium Citrate Soluble Powder relaxes nerves and muscles and supports relaxation and restful sleep. Completely soluble in water-based liquids and contains citric acid, therefore it is also buffered when in solution.
- This powder dissolves in water, juice, lemonade or any other water-based liquid. It is non-gritty and has a very pleasant citrus taste that comes from the citric acid present. Magnesium citrate tends to loosen stools.
- Magnesium is an essential mineral that is involved in many body functions as well as being a constituent of bones and teeth. It is an essential element of cellular metabolism and is an enzyme activator.

Suggested Use:

Warning:
Store in a cool dry place and tightly capped. Keep out of the reach of children. To maximize solubility, mix into water or juice and let sit for 15 minutes before stirring again.
