This product will help prevent uncomfortable symptoms associated with lactose intolerance such as gas, bloating, upset stomach, cramps or diarrhea. In doing so, these caplets help make dairy foods such as milk, cheese, ice cream or yogurt more digestible for people who suffer from lactose intolerance.
Ingredients
Medicinal Ingredient: Each caplet contains Galactosidase (Lactose Enzyme from Aspergillus oryzae) 3,000 FCC Units. Non-medicinal ingredients (alphabetical): Cellulose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, mannitol.
Directions
Adults: Take 3 to 6 caplets 3 times daily. Swallow caplets just before eating or drinking food containing lactose. Do not use more than 6 caplets at one time.
