IMPORTANT Refrigerate or feed immediately upon reciept. Starter MUST be fed within 24 hours of receiving it. Sourdough starter is a living entity and it needs regular feeding to survive and flourish.
We cannot guarantee that the starter will remain viable if it is not fed within the smallest possible window after it ships. While it can survive the shipping time please consider your availability to receive and care for it when you are ordering.
