Description

Sleep Formula synergistically combines several herbs that help support healthy sleep and a calm mood, both of which are essential for many aspects of daily functioning and comfort. Valerian, passion flower, skullcap, lemon balm, and hops have a long history of use to support healthy sleep. Suggested Use

Suggested use for adults: 1-2 capsules nightly for sleep, one hour before bedtime, or 1 capsule three times daily for a calming effect. Take as directed by your health care practitioner.
